Effective December 1, 2014, the U.S. District Court adopted Local Attorney Rule 15 – Civil Pro Bono Representation – that implements the court’s Civil Pro Bono Panel plan. The plan is a program consisting of volunteer attorneys serving on a panel who are willing to represent individuals of limited financial means (not strictly limited to the “indigent”) in civil matters whenever requested by the Court.
