The pro bono program needs attorneys who are willing to advise either the pro bono coordinator or the pro se applicant with issues arising after divorce or APR final orders are entered. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the pro bono coordinator can email the facts of the case to the attorney. The attorney can decide if they want to set up a consultation with the applicant either by phone or Zoom or only offer advice to the program. The attorney can decide on a case by case basis if they will offer only advice or are willing to provide unbundled representation. All applicants are eligible for Colorado Legal Services and are below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.
