Client is a visual artist and sculptor who is in the process of building a studio on his property. Client is seeking legal assistance to help him file a Quiet Title Suit with the County. In the process of building his studio, he has learned of an easement between his and his neighbor’s property. The ideal location for this studio crosses the property line into this easement. The easement was gifted in 1922 and was supposed to sunset in 1972. Client has had positive and frequent communications with all his neighbors, as well as the County Clerk & Recorder and the Zoning and Planning departments.
